Insights Concerning the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Accident

More than 10 years has passed since Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11th 2021, Editorial committee of AESJ has decided to publish the translated articles related to Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant accident that are published in Journal of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan "ATOMOΣ" and Transactions of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan in order to share the knowledge learned by the accident to the wider society.

The book is composed of Vol.1 to Vol.4. The details of each volumes are shown below. You may read each volumes by clicking the title of volume.

- Volume 1: Fears and Concerns Just After the Accident, and Anxiety about Radiation
  This volumes contains articles published in ATOMOΣ within one year after the accident, and articles on radiation effects on human published in ATOMOΣ from April 2012 to 2016.
- Volume 2: Environmental Effects and Remediation for Restoration
  This volumes contains articles on accident analysis, environmental remediation, decommissioning technology, radiation safety, and nuclear safety published in ATOMOΣ from April 2012 to 2016.
- Volume 3: Impacts on the Public
  This volumes contains articles on social science published in ATOMOΣ from April 2012 to 2016.
- Volume 4: Endeavors by Scientists
  This volumes contains research and technical papers published in 2011-2016 in the Transactions of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan.

2021年3月11日に東日本大震災発生から10年を迎えるにあたり、日本原子力学会　編集委員会では過去の学会誌ATOMOΣおよび日本原子力学会和文論文誌に掲載された福島第一原子力発電所事故に関する記事・論文を英訳し、広く世界に向けて発信することといたしました。

本書はVol.1～Vol.4から構成されています。次に各Volumeの詳細を示します。各Volumeのタイトルをクリックすると、収録内容を確認できます。
